The Vans Sk8-Hi shoe is on the of the simplest hi top shoes on the market  and yet it defines what a hi-top skate shoe should be. 

Originally named the “Style #38” the SK8-Hi Shoe first arrived on the scene back in 1978 and like the Old Skool a few years earlier, they feature the Vans Side stripe or, even better, the ‘Jazz Stripe’!

The Sk8-Hi took skate functionality to another level to protect the skateboarders ankles and a legend was born.
